Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Long Term Care experience within the past 3 years.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wyoming license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Required Skills/Experience:
• Must be willing to work all neighborhoods based on the staffing needs of the facility. Must follow all policies including dress code policy.
• 2+ years of Clinic experience
• Requires 2 years of Medsurg and Geriatric experience.
Unit/Facility Details: Nurse to Patient Ratio: 20 if nursing and doing all medications. 45 if have medication aides
