Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 12 months of Case Management experience.
Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Louisiana license or compact license

Special Request Requirements: You must be willing to float, work weekends, and generally just be very flexible. Please note that the facility needs help through all Mardi Gras, so please minimize any RTO requests from 2/13 - 2/22.
