Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 12 months of Occupational Therapy experience.
3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:
Required Skills and Experience: 1- year certified home care OT Licensure. Two years of experience in acute care, rehab or homecare as an Occupational Therapist. Ability to work with various computer software required. Travel required within PHH's geographic area.
Preferred Skills and Experience: Knowledge of hand-held patient care computer devices preferred.
