Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Progressive Care Unit experience.

BSN completion preferred

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

Previous cardio/vascular experience preferred

Primarily cardiac (afib, CHF, pre/post cath, open heart waiters); Respiratory/COVID; some renal; some stroke/TIA; some post op; ICU transfers (stepdown).

All listed ratios are subject to change based on staffing availability at the facility. Ratios are never guaranteed but are what the unit typically attempts to achieve with normalized staffing.

6 months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred)
