Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Long Term Care experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Additional Details:

An interview may not be available prior to offer.

Guaranteed Hours 36 hours per week.

Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Geriatrics, rehabilitation patients.

Shifts & Scheduling: 0930-1900, 1830-0700.

Weekend Requirements: Yes as needed.

Holiday Requirements: Yes as needed.

How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?: First week will be classroom orientation and then 2- 12 hour shifts on the floor.

Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
