Needing an IR RN or will consider an ICU RN with IR Experience.
Radiology Pre and Post Procedural area needs an RN with Pre op/PACU experience/ICU experience. BLS, ACLS, and PALS too if possible. pre op and recovery of patients post conscious sedation and general anesthesia.
Cases Body IR- chemo embo, Y-90, GJ, IVC filters, vascular access, angiograms, CT biopsy, ablations, US biopsies, thoras, paras. Neuro endovascular, stroke treatment.
Types of Patients on Unit: Outpatient and inpatient population , critical care, tele.
Unit Details: Rooms 5 Angio rooms, 2 CT scanners, US, Nuclear medicine.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Monday-Friday.
- Either 0700-1730 or 0730-1800 based on shift need.
- Weekend & Holiday Requirement: The occasional Saturday 1-2 per month, possible holiday requirement if needed.
- Call shifts average 4-5 shifts a month.
