Requirements
Experience
18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 18 months of RN First Assist experience.
6 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission

1 Reference must be from the most recent place of employment.

Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to PRIOR to having ever traveled.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday- Friday, Weekday and Weekend on-call and holiday on-call will be discussed during interview.

Floating Requirements: To Main OR if no CVOR cases are scheduled.

Required Skills/Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent CVOR experience.

Required Credentials: RNFA/CSFA will be required to complete additional credentialing through the facility directly prior to start in order to obtain privileges to work

PBDS Assessment is waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled.

BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case

Facility does not accept any license hits.

Previous Employment Requirements: Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.
