Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license

Intermediate AWHONN FHM (Required)

NRP (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

No block scheduling.

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Weekends: 6 shifts in 6 weeks. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are all weekend

Either CEFM or AWHONN certification

Must work labor and delivery as well as mother/baby.

Start Date: 6/2; 6/16

Float Requirement: within hospital to be helping hands or sitter

Willingness to Float Between Locations in Region as needed( Avista, Castle Rock, Littleton, Parker, Porter) as needed

For floating outside of site they will be notified at least 2hrs prior to shift

Call: none

Will be required to comply with Advent Health's internal call off policy which states that if you call off on a weekend or holiday please be prepared for your manager to schedule you on another weekend or holiday
