Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Physical Therapy experience within the past 4 years.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions.

Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.

If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.

LPNs only: Must have previously worked on at least (1) a travel assignment with Trusted and have a reference from that assignment

Roles requiring a state licensure only: Cannot have any licensure hits

𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 & 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: Monday through Friday / (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) We do allow self-scheduling. PTs are free to move patients around on their schedule according to area if it meets the initial and reassessment guidelines / Weekend requirements: No weekend requirements / Holiday requirements: No holiday requirements

𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝘀: # of patients treated per day: 5-6 units (SOC=2, Discharge=1, Recert=1.5, Regular visit=1)

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀/𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: General duties listed under PT job description; open, positive attitude about learning Epic system and doing their best to provide excellent care to our patients

𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁: Common Dx/Types of patients: General ortho (hips, knees), generalized weakness, strengthening, cardiac rehab

𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀: Any background hits need to be disclosed at time of submission / What areas are they required to cover: We currently have 8 counties (Braxton, Gilmer, Calhoun, Nicholas, Webster, Clay, Randolph, Pocahontas)—we would work with the therapist depending on where they are living to do the best we could for mileage/productivity. We currently have a therapist that lives in Randolph and Pocahontas, so those areas are covered. Ideal would be someone helping to cover Webster/Nicholas Counties, but we are willing to work with whatever we have available
