Requirements

Experience

18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

NIHSS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years Critical Care experience

● Management of vasoactive medications, various surgical drains, chest tubes, ventilators, CRRT

● Invasive lines, including arterial lines, PA catheters, transvenous pacemakers

Preferred Skills/Experience: Management of invasive devices, including IABP, Impella

Unit/Facility Details: Free Parking

Shift & Scheduling: No call, Every other weekend, Travelers will work 75% of holidays

Floating Requirements: Region 1 - Cabarrus, University City, Stanly, Lake Norman, Central Division (CMC Main + Mercy + LCH (peds only) -- could float to any of the facilities within region if the need arises
