All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Required Credentials: LA Fire Card. Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. Background Policy to be noted prior to submission: Must disclose license/BG hits up front at time of submission. No open license hits will be approved. Cert: NRP - AAP, AHA or Canadian Paediatric Society (CPS). Cert: ACLS, BLS - Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation only

Preferred Skills/Experience: Prefer the caregiver has experience at a facility that does the minimum of 200 deliveries per month. Manager prefers not to have candidates that only worked in teaching facility.
Required Skills/Experience: Experience circulating for cesarean sections in the operating room
Previous Employment Requirements: Return Staff Policy– can return after 3 months
Floating Requirements: Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
