Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 12 months of Case Management experience.
BSN completion preferred
3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

Additional Details:
Preferred Skills/Experience: One to two years of related clinical, continuing care, or case management experience
Required Credentials: Graduate of an approved, accredited school of professional nursing required
Preferred Credentials: Case Management certification or active pursuit of certification
Shift & Scheduling: 8- or 10-hour shifts. Every other weekend and every other holiday
