Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Progressive Care Unit experience is required.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling:
All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week.
No on call

Special Requests: No Block Scheduling.

Previous Employment Requirements:
Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
Required Credentials:
Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.
Must pass Ascension EKG Exam

Preferred Credentials: Influenza Vaccine

Types of Patients on Unit: Pre and Post Cardiac Surgery, Acute Coronary Syndrome, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, unstable arrhythmias and other related cardiac disorders. Ages of Patients Served: Young Adult through Late Adult (18 - 60+)
