Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Required Skills/Experience: -2 years’ experience. Both PICU and NICU Experience required (NOT PEDS).

Unit/Facility Details: Ratios: Workload dependent on RVU bases 580 minutes assigned out of 720 minute shift. ICUs similar assignment, but RVU allocation could be higher.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend expectations (i.e. Every other weekend) : 6 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule -Holiday expectations (i.e. 1 major, 1 minor): 1 major, 1 minor

Floating Requirements: Floating Expectations (i.e. first to float, None, etc) General Care outside of assigned ICU
