Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience.
Experience with Meditech is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a license

BLS (Required)

Additional Details:
Preferred Skills/Experience: Would consider candidates with experience in the inpatient or skilled settings. Lymphedema experience
Required Credentials: Degree from a CAOTE accredited school.
Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday with one weekend day / month (18-20 visits / week).
