Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Interventional Radiology experience.

Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred from any number of months

Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Circulate and Conscious Sedation experience

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Telemetry, vent experience

• Previous Charge Experience

• Teaching Hospital Experience

Required Credentials:

• PA Fingerprints are required and may require travel time (over 100 miles).

• BLS and ACLS- (AHA Instructor or Provider, ARC, Military acceptable). RQI Acceptable.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit:

• Patient Diagnoses for this unit: CVA, CA, Infections, Dialysis

• Procedures done on this unit include: TIPs, Y-90, Ports, Grafts, PICCs, Stroke, Thrombectomy, UAE, Biopsies

Types of Patients on Unit: Adults

Equipment Used on Unit: Fluoro

Unit/Facility Details Patient Ratios: 1:4 (holding), 1:1 (procedure)

Special Requests Interview Availability – Please provide a range of 3-5 days for potential interview times (travelers with provided interview times will be prioritized)

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend On Call: Every 4-5 weekends; Saturday, Sunday

• Weekday On Call: 1 day per week; includes Friday as a weekday

• Holiday Requirement: On call 24 hours
