Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Must have at least 10 months of Physical Therapy experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

PT Outpatient

Same day interviews.

Required Skills.Experience: OP experience required, however, IP experience is encouraged due to working 1 day/week in Acute Care.

Unit/Facility Details: Patients per day: Acute: 10-12 & OP: 8-10.

Shift & Scheduling: Mon - Fri. Call: TBD. Weekends: TBD based on cases.

2025 Holidays:

Winter holidays: Required to work 2 of 3 (Christmas, New Years, or Thanksgiving) Limit of 1 day request off between 11/26/25-11/30/25 and 12/23/25-1/2/26 for all travelers regardless of holidays worked.
