Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license

Required Skills/Experience: Are RNs required to titrate drips?: Yes

Required Credentials: TNCC / TCAR / or experience with the care of trauma patients*

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Common diagnoses/Types of patients: DKA, sepsis pts, respiratory failure, cardiac(rate and rhythm control), medical detox, art lines, CVP.

Unit/Facility Details: # of Beds: 4

Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

Annual Skills Checklist is required for submission and can't expire during the expected contract dates.

Shift & Scheduling: Director makes schedule. Weekend Requirements: Will work where there is a need. Holiday Requirements: Will work where there is a need.

Floating Requirements: MS or ER (for 1:1).

Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
