Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

ASN completion required

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

License

Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

NIHSS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: -Minimum of 2 years prior RN experience working in a MS/Tele unit in a major acute care hospital setting required. -Must have a strong MS/Tele background.

Required Credentials: Telemetry. -CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours. -NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.

Preferred Credentials: Preferred Education: -BSN.

Special Requests: Failed fit tests due to facial hair and the inability to shave automatically disqualifies clinician from proceeding.

Shift & Scheduling: Every Other Weekend Required 3/6 Holidays Required No On-Call

Floating Requirements: May have to float to like unit
