Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Illinois license

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: Stepdown/Cardiac experience

Required Credentials:

• Current/Active Driver's License or government-issued form of identification. Both front and back are required to be uploaded.

• Need either two references or two-year EMPV.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend

• Holiday: Limit of 1 day request off between 11/26/25-11/30/25 and 12/23/25-1/2/26 for all travelers regardless of holidays worked.

Floating Requirements:

• May be required to float across all campuses (Rock Island, Bettendorf, Moline, Muscatine).

• The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

• Will float to the Stepdown unit as needed
