Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Interventional Radiology experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

No Block Scheduling Allowed

Call Requirements: On call rotation assigned on week basis M-F, 12am-8am. Weekends and holidays 24Hrs. On call is rotated through all nurses. No holidays except for on call. Occasional weekend day needed 8a-4:30p

Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend/ 2 weekends per month

RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No holiday RTO. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.

Cook Is A Mandatory Float Facility, All Resources Are Required To Float At The Facilities Discretion. Travelers Will Float Within The Radiology And Pain Departments.

Scrub Color: Navy Blue. Not provided

Floating: Cook has the ability to request that any clinician float outside of their “home” facility as long as the floating does not exceed 50 miles. Travelers may receive notification to float 2 hours before their shift. If your clinician refuses to float, they will be subject to cancelation. There are no home units.

Float Required: Yes Between Pain and Interventional Radiology.
