Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 36 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience.

ASN completion required

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

License

Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

NRP (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Special Care Nursery/NICU

Failed fit tests due to facial hair and the inability to shave automatically disqualifies clinician from proceeding.

Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 3+ years of Mother baby experience. Must have experience caring for newborns.

Preferred Credentials: Education: BSN.

Unit/Facility Details: The nurses we need are labor and delivery nurses and special care nursery nurses. The SCN/NICU nurse should have experience taking care of well newborns if possible.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holidays as scheduled are required.

Floating Requirements: Within Facility to Like Units.
