Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Pharmacy experience within the past 3 years.
Pharm.D completion required
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:
Preferred Skills/Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospital pharmacy practice or completion of a pharmacy practice residency in a hospital setting
Required Credentials:
• Pharmacy Degree (Bachelor's or PharmD) from an accredited school of pharmac
• A legible copy of a valid/current US Driver’s license or US ID card
Shift & Scheduling: Varied, most likely 10 hour shifts either 0900-1930 or 1130-2200
