Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Operating Room experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Additional Details:

No Block Scheduling requests Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

There is no shift differential for AM/PM.

Must have: Ortho, general, gyn

Preferred or nice to have: Urology/cysto

Weekends and On call, (if any):

-If CV call- one week at a time every other week to every 3rd week, depending on CV RN staffing

-If general-6 calls/4weeks depending on staffing levels (At least 2 weekend shifts-the rest are weeknight shifts)

Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.
