Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Home Health experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:
40 Hour Guarantee
On call and weekend Requirements: No
Monday-Friday with a caseload of 4-5 patients per day depending on drive time. We also provide a fleet car for the therapist to drive. Please let me know if you have any other specific questions regarding this position.
