Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

22 months of Physical Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

This will be Monday to Friday and rotating weekend, working at least one weekend per month as needed.

Local Traveler: No local – We do not contract staff residing in the following counties : Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris.
