Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 24 months of Physical Therapy experience within the past 3 years.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License

Vaccinations

Additional Details:
Upon accepting an offer, you will be assigned Relias exams that must be taken immediately (within 48hrs). If you fail the exam twice, this may result in an immediate cancellation by the facility.
Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
Required skills and experience: Minimum 2 years experience is needed in the outpatient setting
Shift & schedule requirements: Monday to Friday 8-5, closed 12-1 for lunch.
Unit and facility details: Outpatient rehab setting. Facility has traction/dry needling/ pool therapy.
