Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

Travel experience is required from last 12 months.

24 months of Oncology Clinic experience is required from last 3 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a California license

RNs only: If CA state licensure is 3 months or less from expiration, proof that the renewal process has been initiated is required to apply

RNs only: BSN is required.

Current ONS/ONCC

2 Year recent nursing exp in an adult malignant hematology/ blood and marrow transplant/cellular therapy program

1 Year recent ambulatory/Outpatient Hem/BMT Clinic

Must have the ability to float to other UCSF facilities, as needed.

Prior Teaching Hospital Experience preferred

Float Policy: At any time during assignment, resources may be reassigned to a different department, unit, or facility (within 75+ radius)

Travel Pairs: travel pairs are allowed, but generally will not be on the same unit. Married couples may not work on the same unit
