Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required from last 3 months.

BSN completion preferred

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Maryland license or compact license

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Manager may or may not interview. Clinician must be okay with this. If Clinician has questions, please email the AM.

Start Date: 5/19 or 6/02

Call Required: 36 hours in 6 weeks, or 12 hours per pay-period. - must be on premises within 45 minutes after receiving call.

Weekend/Holiday Req: Every other weekend holiday coverage as needed.

Float Required: Required to Float to like units (i.e. Mom/Baby),travelers are required to float before permanent staff.

Must register for C-EFM during the compliance phase or within the first two weeks of the assignment"

Cert Preferred: C-EFM through NCC.

Skills Required: Circulate, FHM, preceptor and/or charge.

Triage Experience Preferred.

High risk L&D experience.
