Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience within the past 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license

𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: within units in hospital (5 Units: Stroke, Comprehensive, Medically Complex, Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury)

𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼: approximate 1:6/7 Day and 1:8 Night; Each Nurse has a dedicated Tech

Eligibility as Previous/Current Employee: If you are working Per Diem at a Kindred facility you need to wait 6 months after your last shift to apply as a traveler. If you are a Full Time Employee with a Kindred facility you need to wait 12 months to apply as a traveler.
