Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Psychiatric Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a California license

Additional Details:

Guaranteed 36 hours per week

Nicotine free facility, included in drug screen

Working in the Crisis Stabilization Unit at the main campus and Ohana Adolescent Residential offsite

De-escalation training course required.

Crisis Stabilization Unit details:

  • • Ratio 1:4
  • • Common diagnoses: Observation unit for psychiatric patients- goal is to discharge adults in 24 hours or less. Goal is to discharge children/adolescents in 72 hours.

Ohana Adolescent Residential:

  • • Ratio: 2 RN’s per 12H shifts up to 10 patients
  • • Common diagnoses: Adolescents with psychiatric care needs. Length of stay is approximately 4-6 weeks. Dual diagnosis patients accepted.
