Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Hawaii license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

RN Surgical Acute - Required

Required:

Standard RPN III duties/skills - at least 2 years experience

Knowledgeable in surgical pre/postoperative care (i.e. abdominal surgeries, like lap chole/appy, mastectomies, thyroidectomies, chest tubes, drains)

Travelers may be assigned to float to other units.

Dress Code: Regular nursing uniforms.
