Shift & Scheduling:

Monday - Friday shift, every 3rd weekend (including weekend call
They take turns on holidays and call, so there would be around 1-2 call days / week as well. On the week that it is their weekend, they would have off other days during the week. -- Weekend Requirements: We rotate weekends.
Holiday Requirements: We rotate holidays.
Call or Standby Call Requirement: Person on call must be within 30 minutes (from call to draw).
Department Specific Orientation: General Orientation (about 2 weeks) with orientation packet.

Must note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Gordon Memorial Hospital District.

Required Credentials: Certs can be MLT or MLS and AMT or ASCP.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit:

What areas do they cover?: They will be generalists, but there's not much in the way of micro.
Do they need to be a Generalist?: We prefer they have some Blood Bank and Phlebotomy experience.
Do they need to perform Phlebotomy?: Yes.

Required Skills/Experience: : Must have 3 years of experience as either a FT tech or a traveler. Prefer phlebotomy experience- will consider teaching (will not be the only tech on site)
