Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Physical Therapy experience.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Unit/Facility Details: Will primarily be working in Outpatient setting; however, there may be times the PT will work in Inpatient or perform evaluations at the Nursing Home.

Shift & Scheduling: Shift: 8 hour days; 8:00AM-5:00PM or 10 hour days; 7:00AM-6:00PM
