Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Case Management experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

BSN completion preferred

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

BLS (Required)

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty.

Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past 6 months

Required:

Three years of medical/surgical nursing care experience

Two years of case management or utilization management experience

Effective verbal communication skills and problem solving and conflict resolution skills
