Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

12 months of Occupational Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

License

Candidates must have a license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Shift Notes: They are open to 4 tens or 5 eight hour days for the shift.
