Travel Allied (Physical Therapist) - Home Health

Additional Details:

Required skills and experience: This candidate will be expected to do 5-6 clients per day. A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (or more) with home health required.

Preferred skills and experience: At least 2 previous travel assignments preferred

Shift & schedule requirements: Assignment for 16-32 weeks. Weekend rotations.

Special request requirements: No time off in March. This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers: Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April.

Floating Requirements: We cover Chittenden Country and Grand Isle County

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
