Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 36 months of Surgical Intensive Care Unit experience.
3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience. Must be skilled in caring for critical ill patients requiring mechanical ventilation, titration of vasoactive and sedative medications, care of central lines and arterial lines, complex wound and drain management.
• Must have academic medical center experience or experience in a 500+ bed facility.
Required Credentials:
• Need 1 RN manager or director reference.
• Must be fully vaccinated (exemptions are review on a very limited basis).
