Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: 2 years Oncology experience.

Required Credentials: ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certification.

Unit/Facility Details: Oncology/Cancer Nursing Unit. Various chemotherapies/immunotherapies and regimens are administered, including but not limited to, HD Methotrexate, induction and consolidation for Leukemias, Rituximab, R-EPOCH, R-CHOP, etc. The unit has the capability of remote telemetry monitoring. The volume and pace required to work here are that of a Level I trauma center.

Special Requests: Travelers must work 2 of the 3 major holidays.

Shift & Scheduling: Will be required to pick up one additional shift during schedule period. Renown has the right to call off, without penalty, 48 hours, for low census per 13-week contract. This may be full or partial shifts. Schedule varies based upon department needs. Schedule can include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts.

Floating Requirements: Travelers may be required to float to the needs of the organization up to their competency level.
