Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 24 months of Emergency Department experience.
Experience with Epic is required from last 2 years.
References
Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license

This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit

Preferred Credentials: ProAct, or other de-escalation training such as CPS

Unit/Facility Details: Facility Type: Large, teaching facility experience required

Public transportation is NOT accessible in this area; please ensure you have reliable transportation (personal vehicle or rental vehicle strongly recommended)

Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires during the months of November – April

Shift & Scheduling: Assignment for 16-32 weeks

A minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
