Additional Details:

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36-40

Weekend Hours: rotate, typically 4-6 hrs on Sat.

Patient Ratios: 8-10 pts per day

Patient Population: Geriatric, adults, adolescent.

Common Diagnosis/Treatment: general ortho for OP- post op shld/knee, CVA, spine.

Dress Code: Any unacceptable attire: scrubs acceptable, professional attire, collared shirt no open toe shoes.
