Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Kansas license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

NIHSS (Required)

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• 2 years recent experience in Critical Care/Intensive Care Unit minimum.

• Must have experience with CRRT, Bipaps, drawing own labs, Chest Tubes PICC, no vascular access team, call on own consults, conduct own codes(must be comfortable)

Shift & Scheduling:

• Start Date: 1/20 or 2/2

• Every Other Weekend Required.

• Holiday Requirements: Based on Unit Needs.

Floating Requirements: Will be expected to float to ICU and all inpatient units- Med/surge, Med/tele, Acute/tele, and ED with prior experience.
