Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 22 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Required Skills/Experience: Medication & Administration, Anticoagulants, Antihypertensives, Insulin drips, Magnesium Sulfate therapy, Labor and Delivery Management, Circulate for C-section, Sterile vaginal exam, Work Settings, Facility births/month 200-300, High Risk Antepartum, Labor and Delivery, LDRP, Professional Topics and Skills, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Maintain central lines (CVC / PICC), Antepartum Care and Procedures, Triage of obstetrical patients, Fetal Monitoring, Use of IUPC (Intrauterine pressure catheter) placement and calibration

Required Credentials: Drivers License/State ID

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.

Shift & Scheduling: Will allow 4x12 upon request

Floating Requirements: Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby your contracted facility. Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
