Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Dialysis Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is required from last 2 years.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Declinations not accepted.

Dialysis Clinic

Required Skills/Experience: Home dialysis experience is required

Essential skill is having done home dialysis in outpatient setting

Training patients on home dialysis, maintaining patients on home dialysis

Min 1yr outpt exp req

Unit/Facility Details: Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended

Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April

Shift & Scheduling: No weekends

Monday to Sunday

Floating Requirements: Float as needed to St. Albans & Berlin

Details:
