Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekends: Every Other

Holidays: Rotating

Must Have Skills/Experience: Previous Stepdown

Type of Patients on Unit: Heart / Lung / Vascular - Progressive level patients including Cardiology, stepdown from OR & ICU, other progressive care diagnosis, Sepsis, Pneumonia, and Oncology patients

Auto Offer Guidelines

ALL Auto Offers are subject to final Facility Manager approval

• Contract Duration – 13 - 26 weeks

• Weekly Guaranteed Hours – 36 or 48 per week at the request of the candidate

• Requested time off – up to 5 days in each 13 weeks can be automatically approved (anything more would be subject to approval by the leader prior to confirming the candidate and time would be asked to be made up at the end of the assignment)

• Weekends – standard expectation of every other full weekend (Saturday and Sunday will be required unless otherwise approved by the leader prior to confirmation)

• Holidays – candidates should be expected to work at least one of the major winter holidays (ex: Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year’s Day)
