Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

36 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

BSN completion required

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Oregon license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

RNC-OB (Preferred)

Required:

At least three years of labor & delivery and family newborn experience

Previous experience in education - Preferred

IFM

Weekend is not required, nor is call

This is an education and best practice

Floating: Role covers service line support at ATRMC, ARRMC, and AACH

Role does not perform direct patient care

Dress Code: Scrubs

Orientation: Position will orient with each of the women's service line areas at the three campuses to acclimate to staff and environment.
