Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Psychiatric Unit experience.

BSN completion preferred

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Charge required. One year of inpatient psych experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous psychiatric / substance inpatient experience. Restraint Reduction de-escalation / crisis intervention experience.

Unit/Facility Details: Float Psych

Shift & Scheduling: 11:00 pm - 7:30 am. Every other weekend/every other holiday.

Floating Requirements: Must be willing to float and take charge. Must be willing to float to similar or lower acuity units if needed and work.
