Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 23 months of Ambulatory Clinic experience.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Assessment: Interpretation of laboratory results, Medication reconciliation, Patient Health Questionnaire/History/Allergies, Vital Signs (Blood Pressure, Respirations, Temperature, Pulse) Required

Specimen Collection: Capillary, Labeling of specimens, Throat, Urine (UA/Clean Catch), Venipuncture/Phlebotomy Required

Office Duties: Pharmacy calls/patient refill requests, Telephone Triage Required

Special Procedures/Unit Details: • Psychosocial Oncology: Offers emotional support through individual and group counseling by various specialists. • Oncology Rehabilitation: Helps enhance physical function and mobility impaired by cancer and/or treatment. • Fertility Preservation & Reproductive Consultation: Provides family planning and addresses sexual function concerns. • Integrative Oncology: Offers holistic evaluation and complementary medicine alternatives. • Survivorship Care: Promotes wellness and care coordination for cancer survivors.

Types of Patients on Unit: Adults

Patient Diagnoses: Cancer

Adolescent and Young Adult Services: Supports patients aged 15-39 diagnosed with cancer.

Special Requests: RTO required with submission, must be built into contract
