Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: LTC or SNF Experience.
Required Credentials: Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.
Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday; Times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated with DOR. We do ask the therapists start time is before 6AM and no later than 10AM. No weekends unless a holiday falls within Monday - Friday, then they can make the hours up on the weekend.
