Unit/Facility Details: All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. We do care for high-risk OB, culturally diverse population. RNs circulate on cesarean sections. Parking Cost: Free parking on first day, assignment parking to be given during orientation.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Open to accommodating block schedule: Per manager discretion. Pre-Approved Time Off: 1 Request.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirement: Every Other. Holidays: traveler must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
Floating Requirements: Will this traveler need to float between like units: Yes, to meet facility needs, travelers are first to float within their scope. Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals near by. *Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby your contracted facility. Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
